How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for airport transfers and standard service to ensure vehicle and chauffeur availability. For special events, corporate functions, or group transportation, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead. Same-day bookings are accepted based on availability – call (305) 988-7736 for immediate service requests.
What’s included in your quoted rates?
All rates include: professional chauffeur service, luxury vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and standard wait time. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from flight landing (we monitor flight status in real-time). Light refreshments and phone charging cables are provided in all vehicles. Gratuity is not included but 20% is customary for exceptional service.
What is your cancellation and modification policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time with full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. Modifications to pickup time, location, or vehicle type can be made free of charge up to 4 hours before service (subject to availability).
How do airport pickups work?
Your chauffeur will monitor your flight status in real-time and adjust pickup time accordingly. Upon landing, you have 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim with a personalized name sign. You’ll receive text notifications when your driver is en route and upon arrival. For MIA, we provide specific terminal and meeting location details in your confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as corporate accounts and direct billing for established business clients. Payment is processed securely online when booking or can be charged to your card on file after service. We require a valid credit card to guarantee all reservations.
Can I make stops during my trip?
Yes, stops can be arranged for hourly charter services. For airport transfers and point-to-point service, brief stops (under 10 minutes) can be accommodated at no additional charge if mentioned when booking. Extended stops or significant route changes may incur additional fees based on time and distance. Please discuss your needs with our reservation specialists.
